CALM HEAD.
CAMERA READY.

I’m a Hull and East Yorkshire wedding photographer, capturing weddings across Yorkshire and the rest of the UK. Think of me as another guest. Just one who’s pretty handy with a camera.

Rain all day? Timelines running behind? Missing buttonholes? After more than 300 weddings, very little fazes me. I’ll adapt, help where I can and keep photographing the good stuff.

Before weddings, I spent eight years photographing nightclubs. Low light, fast moving moments and people properly enjoying themselves. It taught me to see what’s coming and catch it without getting in the way.

Dan

Camera / dance floor

Elder alt kid. Wedding photographer. Probably joining you on the dance floor straight after your first dance.

Jasper

Editing assistant / chaos

Rescue cat. Full time menace. Part time admin. Zero respect for a keyboard or a deadline.

A tattooed woman with glasses and tattoos on her arms, neck, and chest, smiling and posing with her hands under her chin in a cafe or restaurant with a blurred background of other people and large windows.03

Sami

Support / soundtrack

My emotional support and music plug. Coming in with the playlist and mile long queues.

03 / Off the clock

FULL BLOWN NERD.
NO FIXED PLAYLIST.

Games, films and music are usually involved. One minute it’s Bad Omens or Sleep Token, the next it’s Billie Eilish or Justin Bieber. The playlist makes no sense. I’m committed to it.

ONE MORE FILM

ONE MORE RUN

ONE MORE COFFEE

  • 01The Binding of Isaac. Balatro. One more run.
  • 02Logging films on Letterboxd like it’s a competitive sport.
  • 03Travelling with Sami and photographing absolutely everything.
  • 04Trying to perfect banana bread.
  • 05Hunting down speciality coffee in Hull, Leeds or Manchester.
  • 06Taking far too many photos of Jasper. Obviously.

And I absolutely adore animals. If your wedding involves a dog, cat, horse or anything remotely fluffy, I’m instantly invested.

Completely random fact: I’m technically a Guinness World Record holder. Biggest Secret Santa ever. 89,421 people. I’ll take it.

A proper party. Fully in the moment.

04 / Your day, as it happens

BE YOURSELVES.
I’LL GET THE PHOTOS.

You get on with having your wedding. I’ll get on with capturing it. The laughter, the hugs, the slightly chaotic dance floor and the little moments you didn’t even notice.

Couples often tell me it felt like having a friend they’d known for years there with a camera. That’s never something I try to force. I just love being part of the day, getting to know your people and having a good time alongside you.

When everyone feels at ease with me, I can get closer to what’s happening without making anyone feel watched. That’s where the natural, honest photos come from.

We’ll make time for portraits too. Feel awkward in front of a camera? Completely normal. A little guidance and a short wander are usually all we need. Then it’s back to your guests.

See the good stuff
