Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision, so hearing from couples who have already been through the experience can really help. Over the past 10 years I’ve photographed more than 300 weddings as a Hull wedding photographer, capturing weddings across East Yorkshire, Yorkshire and beyond. It’s always an honour to be trusted with such an important day.
One of the best parts of this job is hearing from couples after they’ve received their photos and seeing how much those moments mean to them.

“The perfect wedding photographer!
We booked Dan last May for our wedding on 20th Feb and were looking for something relaxed - we always said we didn't want a photographer for the full day but just someone to capture guests' arrival, ceremony, and group shots/couple photos.Dan's bespoke package was perfect for this - he really captured the vibe of our wedding and even arrived early to capture some shots of us getting ready and a first look photo with my dad. He was very chilled out from the beginning and it felt like messaging a friend - even on the day when he arrived we felt like we already knew him and he was really good at getting candids (there are so many photos where I didn't even know he was there)!
The couples shoot was so easy given we can both be a bit awkward - Dan made this really enjoyable and was good at getting these done quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our day. He was on hand for both us and our guests afterwards for any requests we had and was happy to oblige any of our spontaneous ideas, as well as staying for the speeches. Turnaround on photos was super quick and his editing is perfect. We were really blown away with how easy the process was from start to finish and couldn't be happier with our photos. The only downside is there are too many to choose from!!
