Pendle Doors Commercial Photography
One of the most rewarding parts of commercial photography is collaborating with other creative professionals to bring a brand’s vision to life. Recently, I worked alongside Hull based performance marketing agency Diony to create a suite of commercial photography for Pendle Doors, a UK fire door manufacturer.
The goal of the project was clear. Capture high quality imagery that not only documented the manufacturing process but also strengthened the brand’s visual identity across their website and marketing campaigns.
Documenting the Manufacturing Process
To begin, I spent time with the team at Pendle Doors to understand their workflow, the craftsmanship involved and the stages of production. For commercial photography like this, it’s important to tell a complete story.
I photographed each stage of the process, from sourcing raw materials and precision cutting, through assembly and finishing, all the way to final inspection. These images were designed to showcase the attention to detail, safety standards and expertise behind every product.
Industrial and manufacturing photography requires a balance of authenticity and clarity. The aim is always to create clean, professional images that feel real while still being strong marketing assets.
Team Headshots and Brand Personality
Alongside the production imagery, we captured headshots and team portraits to highlight the people behind the brand. Strong commercial photography isn’t just about products, it’s about trust.
Photographing the Pendle Doors team allowed us to put faces to the business, reinforcing transparency and credibility. The headshot session was relaxed and natural, ensuring the final images felt approachable while maintaining a professional look.
