Their day began at All Saints Church in Saxton, a beautiful and intimate setting that gave the ceremony such a warm, traditional feel. Surrounded by family and friends, it was the perfect start to their celebration.
A Personal Reception at Thorner Victory Hall
After the ceremony, guests made their way to Thorner Victory Hall for the evening celebrations. Georgia and Aaron took on the decorations themselves, transforming the hall into a space that felt completely personal and thoughtfully styled. It’s always special to photograph weddings where couples have poured their own creativity into the details.

Sunset Portraits in Tadcaster
We were lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunset during their couple portraits around Tadcaster Village. Golden hour light like that is always worth stepping away for a few quiet moments, and it gave us the perfect opportunity to capture some relaxed, natural portraits before heading back to the party.

Can you photograph a church ceremony and a reception at a different venue?
Yes. Share the ceremony time, addresses and your reception plans with me before the day. We can allow for travel and a little breathing room so photographs fit around the celebration rather than making the timetable feel rushed.
Can we include sunset portraits in our wedding photography?
If the weather and timings work, definitely. Georgia and Aaron had their couple portraits around Tadcaster. We can look at a suitable spot for your own day; it does not have to be the same location or involve a long trip away from your guests.
Do we need to style the hall a particular way for photos?
No. Georgia and Aaron decorated the space themselves, and those personal details were part of what I photographed. Make the space feel like your celebration, then I will work with the light, the setting and the people in it.
