A Spring Wedding at Lazaat Hotel in East Yorkshire

It was such a pleasure to photograph Laura and Adam’s wedding at Lazaat Hotel in Hull earlier this year. I’ve known Laura since high school, so when she asked me to photograph her wedding day it genuinely meant a lot.

Lazaat Hotel is one of Hull’s most popular wedding venues, offering beautiful grounds and elegant indoor spaces that work perfectly for relaxed, natural wedding photography. It’s a venue that blends classic styling with plenty of outdoor options for portraits.

Sunshine and Outdoor Portraits

Spring weddings in Yorkshire can be unpredictable, but we were lucky enough to have bright sunshine throughout the day. The outdoor spaces at Lazaat gave us the perfect setting for natural couple portraits, making the most of the light and open surroundings.

As a Hull wedding photographer, I always aim to keep portraits relaxed and effortless. Nothing overly staged, just genuine moments and real connection captured in beautiful light.
